Askia Academy provides a safe, structured, trauma-informed residential environment for men seeking recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our program offers 24/7 support, evidence-based treatment, and community connection, all designed to strengthen long-term recovery.
We meet residents with dignity, respect, and nonjudgmental care.Askia Academy is a Residential Rehabilitation Service (RRS) with Co-Occurring Enhanced (COE) capabilities, overseen by the American Society for Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
The COE designation allows us to serve individuals with higher psychiatric needs while supporting their recovery from substance use disorders. We combine structure, compassion, and evidence-based care to promote stability and lasting healing.
Our residential team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure consistent, supportive care throughout each resident’s stay.
Askia Academy is committed to providing care that is trauma-informed and harm reduction oriented. This means that we create a calm, respectful environment where every resident feels safe and supported. Our team understands how trauma can shape a person’s recovery, and we work with each resident to develop individualized plans that honor their history and needs.
We keep our spaces grounded, maintain healthy noise levels, and provide ongoing education for both residents and staff about trauma and healing. Above all, we meet each person without judgment and support them exactly where they are on their journey.
