Outpatient Addiction and Recovery Services (OARS)

The Dimock Center’s Outpatient Addiction and Recovery Services (OARS) provides collaborative, thorough, and compassionate treatment for adults seeking outpatient support for substance use disorders. Our team cares for the whole person—helping patients strengthen their recovery, address mental and physical health needs, and build skills for long-term stability.

We Offer

Structured Outpatient Addictions Program (SOAP)

SOAP provides group-based treatment designed to help members build routine, connection, and recovery skills in a supportive setting. Patients explore core topics related to relapse prevention, trauma, mental health, wellness, and community support.

Individual Therapy

Patients meet one-on-one with trained clinicians who support their healing from addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Whole‑Person, Recovery‑Oriented Care

Our outpatient team helps patients:

  • Strengthen and maintain recovery
  • Improve functioning and relationships
  • Access mental and physical health care
  • Connect with needed resources and support systems
