Paying For Care

We want to make paying for your care as simple as possible. Below you’ll find information on how to pay your bill and options if you need financial support.

Pay Your Bill 

To pay your bill, follow the instructions on your patient statement. Your statement will come from CPA Medical Billing on behalf of The Dimock Center.

You can also pay online at any time through Healow Pay. Log in using the statement code and last name from your billing statement, or your first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number on file.

Referrals & Insurance Approval

Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care provider or prior authorization for insurance approval for certain services.
  • It is your responsibility to obtain any required referrals before your appointment
  • Always call your insurance provider to confirm coverage and referral requirements
  • Lack of proper authorization may result in out-of-pocket charges

Insurance Enrollment

If you do not currently have health insurance, our insurance enrollment team is here to help. We can work with you to explore assistance programs and find a plan that works for your situation.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

The Dimock Center serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee discount program for patients who qualify based on household income and family size.

Eligibility is determined using federal poverty level (FPL) guidelines. To learn more about current income standards and eligibility requirements, please review the following resources:
