Length of Service – The Dimock Center provides recognition to its employees based upon length of service. Longevity is appreciated and rewarded by the organization. Service Awards Recognition is presented to active, regular employees in five (5) year increments after completion of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, etc. years of service.

Dimock Rocks – Recognizing Outstanding Contributions, Kindness & Success. Dimock ROCKS! rewards and recognizes employees who perform beyond expectations. Nominations will result in three finalists—chosen from across The Dimock Center—who will be acknowledged in meaningful ways for their outstanding contributions, on a quarterly basis. And, one employee will be named as the “Dimock Employee of the Quarter.” View photos.
