The Dimock Center is dedicated to serving the needs of the community while adhering to the highest ethical standards. Due to our dedication and commitment to follow federal and state regulations, The Dimock Center has revamped the Compliance program, which is being implemented by the Compliance Department and Compliance Committee. The Compliance program is in place to ensure that our policies are up to date with regulations and that we are following the policies and the law. Our Compliance motto is “Detect it and Correct it”. The Compliance Department will keep the Board of Directors informed of the activities, efforts and effectiveness of the program.
To ensure that the Compliance program is successful Dimock encourages active participation from everyone connected to The Dimock Center. We need the help or our employees, clients, patients, vendors, and contractors to follow rules, regulations and internal policies.

The Dimock Center is a Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA) deemed Health Center. The Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
