The Dimock Center

Accessibility, Patient Privacy, and Compliance

The Dimock Center is committed to serving our community with integrity while upholding the highest ethical and regulatory standards. As part of our ongoing dedication to compliance, we have strengthened our Compliance Program, which is led by the Compliance Department with governance oversight from the Health Services Board and Community Services Board, in collaboration with the Compliance and Risk Management Committee. This program ensures that our policies remain aligned with federal and state regulations and that we consistently adhere to both internal policies and the law.

Detect. Correct. Prevent.

A successful Compliance Program requires active participation from everyone connected to The Dimock Center, including employees, residents, participants, patients, visitors, vendors, and contractors. Consistent reports are made to the Board of Directors to provide updates on program activities, efforts, and overall effectiveness.
