Dimock MAIN Leadership Learning Network

The Dimock Center is excited to announce The Dimock MAIN (Management to Accelerate INtegration) Leadership Learning Network. This initiative is set to empower and educate senior community health center leadership with the necessary management strategies to enhance their behavioral health integration within their pediatric primary care. 

Dimock MAIN Course:

From the Dimock MAIN Course, you will learn the key management pillars and other management tools needed to build your behavioral health integration. To learn more about our course, visit our course page here.

Advisory Team:

The Dimock MAIN team is offering its services to any Community Health Center in the United States. The Advisory Team members are available for a brief consultation with interested Community Health Center leaders.

Cohort 2:

We delighted to announce our second cohort:

  1. Holyoke Health Center 
  2. Martha Eliot Health Center 

The Dimock MAIN Leadership Learning Network collaborates with these health centers to aid health center leadership to strengthen their behavioral health integration with our management toolkit. 

The Dimock MAIN Leadership Learning Network is sponsored by the Boston Children’s Collaboration for Community Health and with the partners at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and the Brandeis Heller School of Social Policy and Management.

Please note the Dimock MAIN team is no longer accepting applications for Cohort 2. 

Cohort 1:

We are pleased to announce the first cohort of five community health centers:

  1. Family Health Center of Worcester
  2. Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center
  3. Lynn Community Health Center
  4. MGH Charlestown HealthCare Center
  5. Upham’s Corner Health Center  

For 18 months, the Dimock MAIN Leadership Learning Network worked with senior executives at these five community health centers using a toolkit of management approaches aiming to strengthen pediatric behavioral health integration.
