Grievances

A grievance is a complaint about any aspect of your experience with The Dimock Center, its providers, and other staff. You might file a grievance if you have any type of problem with the quality of your medical care, waiting times, or the services you receive.

There are four ways you or an appointed representative may file a grievance:

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. Healthcare organizations such as the Dimock Center are covered by the ADA. The Dimock Center complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of, or exclude people or treat them differently because of a disability.
